Booking and Single-Party Policy

• Neelpotro is an exclusive single-party resort. When you book the villa, the entire property is reserved only for your group.

• Bookings are confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment.

• You must provide accurate guest numbers at the time of booking.

Check-in and Check-out Times

• Standard Check-in: 12:00 PM

• Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may incur extra charges.

Guest Responsibilities and Conduct

• Guests are expected to keep the property clean and treat the resort facilities with care.

• Illegal activities, hazardous materials, and weapons are strictly prohibited on the resort premises.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Neelpotro is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Property Damage

• Any damage to the resort property, furniture, or equipment caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the guest responsible for the booking.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of local courts.
