Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us as early as possible by calling +8801958268891 or emailing info@neelpotro.com.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation 7 or more days before check-in: You will receive a full refund of your advance payment (minus any transaction fees).

• Cancellation 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.

• Cancellation less than 3 days before check-in: The advance payment is non-refundable.

Date Changes (Rescheduling)

• You can request to change your booking date up to 5 days before your scheduled check-in date without extra fees, subject to property availability.

• Date changes requested less than 5 days before check-in may be treated as a cancellation.

Unforeseen Events

In case of extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions, Neelpotro reserves the right to reschedule your booking to a mutually agreed future date.
